Our website does not operate a background tracking database or store your personal booking details on external servers.

When you use our Booking Request Assistant, the form simply assists you in assembling a polite inquiry message on your device. When you click “Send via Facebook Messenger”, “Send via WhatsApp”, “Instagram”, or “Email”, your browser transfers you directly to that third-party service:

• Facebook Messenger & Instagram: Provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. Messages sent are subject to Meta's Privacy Policy.
• WhatsApp: End-to-end encrypted messaging governed by WhatsApp LLC.
• Direct Phone Calls & SMS: Handled by your mobile telecommunications provider.
• Email: Sent directly through your preferred email client to nailmeon@gmail.com.

3. Analytics & Cookies (Consent-Aware)

To help us understand salon traffic and improve website usability, we support privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics 4 or Google Tag Manager) only when enabled in our production environment.
